Garden Swim Ponds are a hybrid of a water garden and a natural swimming pool in basic terms. They require planting and filter zones, but do not need a wall to define the swim zone like a natural swimming pool typically has, therefore can cost less. Garden swim ponds are great for several reasons.
They are flexible in design, using a rubber membrane for containment, and can be practically any size.
Garden Swim Ponds do not require a wall to separate the filter area from the main pond and swimming area.
These, like our natural swimming pools, rely on biological filtration, aeration, and plants to clean and filter the water.
They are typically less costly per square foot than natural swimming pools.
